The COMMUNION CUP Charm represents the sacrament of Holy Communion that the Quinceañera is given during the ceremony. After she renews her baptismal vows and her profession of faith, and offers a prayer of dedication to the Lord, she drinks the goblet of wine (her first), in commemoration of her renewed committment to God.
