The LAST DOLL Charm symbolizes the passage of childhood to adulthood. The Quinceañera gives her "last doll" to a younger girl, perhaps her little sister or a cousin, passing on her childhood ways to younger generations. Sometimes the doll's dress is a replica of the Quinceañera's dress.
